Reservation terms
Deposit & cancellation. A $250 deposit confirms your reservation and is applied to your fare. Same-day rides between 6 AM and 2 PM are booked at the day rate: $125 an hour, no minimum, up to three hours ending by 3 PM, no deposit; the card on file is charged after the ride. Cancellations with 48 hours' notice or more receive a full refund of the deposit; cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit. Three-hour minimum on reservations (members and same-day day-rate rides excepted).
Payment. The card on file is charged for the balance of the fare, any bar items or extras ordered in the vehicle, and any fees below. Gratuity and incidentals are not included and is at your discretion.
In the vehicle. Maximum 6 guests. No outside alcohol; the bar is provided. No smoking, vaping or illegal substances of any kind. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid ID. Pets and non-service animals are not permitted; trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Right to refuse or end service. Desert Limo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and the chauffeur may end a ride at any time, without refund, for unsafe, abusive or unlawful behavior, intoxication that endangers the party or the vehicle, or violation of these terms.
No-shows & changes. If the party cannot be reached within 30 minutes of the reserved pickup, the reservation is a no-show and the deposit is forfeited. Changes to date or time are subject to availability.
Fees. A $500 cleaning fee applies for vomit or biohazard cleanup; a $250 fee for excessive mess, spills or stains; damage to the vehicle or its contents is charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
Timing. Pickup within 15 minutes of the reserved time is complimentary; waiting beyond that is billed as ride time. Desert Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond its control.
Liability. Desert Limo carries commercial insurance as required by the State of California. To the extent permitted by law, Desert Limo is not liable for lost or damaged personal property or for indirect or consequential losses.
